Drink enough water:
Water plays an important role in balancing your energy. On an average, adults should get into the habit of drinking 3-4 litres of water a day.

When you’re stressed, anxious or depressed, it can sap you of energy, making you feel anxious or depressed. During these times, talking to your family and friends, doing yoga or listening to music can uplift your mood, making you feel better and more energised.
Get enough sleep:
Perhaps the most underrated tip for better energy levels is proper sleep. Sleeping naturally calms down the nervous system and stabilises ongoing mood swings.
Opt for low GI and high-fibre foods:
Make sure your meals have whole grains, high-fibre veggies, nuts and healthy oils. Good carbohydrates, proteins, and healthy fats are the core components for our overall functioning and these must be ensured in balance during mealtimes.
Avoid smoking:
