Recently we went to a fun tapas-like place for a meal and ordered a bunch of dishes but what stood out was a simple bowl of mushrooms, and I just had to recreate it in my kitchen. Flavored with butter, garlic and soy, this dish is just too easy for as delicious as it is. Eat it with noodles, rice or even as a filling for your wraps.
The restaurant used oyster mushrooms, but I made it with white button mushrooms - super delicious, just not quite as meaty, which keeps the dish light.
