INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat 3 tablespoons ghee.
- Add 2 cups khoya and 3/4th cup granulated sugar.
- Combine on medium heat.
- Now add 1 cup coconut milk powder in batches.
- Combine till it forms a smooth dough.
- Transfer and let the mixture cool to room temperature.
- Once cool, apply ghee on your palms.
- Take equal portions and roll into balls.
- Flatten and make a dent in the center and fill with your favourite jam or preserve.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Jim-Jam Pedas are now ready to serve.
