Born and raised in Mumbai, Reshma’s love for cooking was nurtured from a young age, watching her mother create magic in the kitchen. Her culinary adventure began with simple yet flavourful dishes like Poha, a regional breakfast favourite of flattened rice cooked with chilies, onions, and fresh coriander. This early fascination with food led her to explore more intricate and diverse Kolhapuri regional recipes, expanding her culinary repertoire.
In 2010, after completing a Cookery and Bakery course at IHM Mumbai, Reshma founded Every Aroma. What started as a small endeavour quickly grew into a successful catering and food delivery service, where she has continually adapted to market demands, honed her skills, and embraced new techniques.
Reshma's culinary expertise extends beyond her kitchen. Her travels, professional experiences, visits to local eateries, and food styling projects have all enriched her understanding of different cuisines. Driven by a dream to travel and showcase Indian food globally, she aspires to highlight the diversity of Kolhapuri cuisine beyond the familiar Mutton Kolhapuri. With numerous pop-ups and hosting travellers from around the world, Reshma's culinary journey is far from over.
Every Aroma is a celebration of regional Indian cuisines, delivered right to your doorstep. Each week, Reshma crafts a new menu featuring specialties from Kolhapur. Her dishes are made authentic by sourcing spices and masalas directly from vendors who specialize in these ingredients, including her own 'tikhat masala,' a Kolhapuri essential.
The weekly menus have included a variety of mouth-watering dishes. Customers can choose individual dishes or complete meals, with portions available for single or double servings, and there's no minimum order requirement.
