Simple and yet so amazingly delicious, Chia Puddings are an easy and healthy dessert / breakfast alternative that you can make. It’s creamy, indulgent and yet, loaded with nutrients.
RECIPE
Classic Pudding
Prep time: 5 mins
Serves: 1
Ingredients:
· 2 tablespoon chia seeds
· 1/2 cup coconut milk
· 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
· Fruits of your choice for topping
Method:
1. Add the ingredients into a mason jar and mix well.
2. Let the mixture settle for 3 minutes then mix again properly to avoid clumps.
3. Store in fridge overnight or for a minimum of 2 hours.
4. When you're ready to eat it, top with your favorite fruit and enjoy cold!
Coffee Pudding
Prep time: 5 mins
Serves: 1
Ingredients:
· 3 tablespoon hot diluted instant coffee
· 2 tablespoon chia seeds
· 1/2 cup coconut milk
· 2 tsp of palm sugar/ coconut sugar
· Chocolate shavings/ granola
Method:
1. Add the ingredients into a 500 ml mason jar and mix well.
2. Let the mixture settle for 3 minutes then mix again properly to avoid clumps.
3. Cover the jar and store in fridge overnight or for a minimum of 2 hours.
4. When you're ready to eat it, top with chocolate shavings or granola and enjoy!
Chocolate Pudding

· 1 tablespoon maple syrup/ honey
· 1/2 cup coconut milk
· 2 tablespoons chia seeds
· Nuts and seeds or Fruits of your choice for topping
