Method:
On a medium bowl, beat the eggs, milk and a pinch of salt.
Melt the butter/ add in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat.
Pour in the beaten eggs. Stir and shake the pan, moving the eggs around until a few curds form. Reduce the heat to low, then spread the eggs until the still-runny egg covers the entire bottom of the pan.
At this stage you may add any fillings that you would like (chopped tomatoes, mushrooms, grated cheese)
Let the omelette cook until the eggs are fully set, 1-2 minutes, then gently roll the omelette and transfer to a plate. The surface should be smooth with no color.
Now enjoy with toast!

Boiled Eggs
Serves: 3 (2 eggs per individual)
Ingredients:
6 eggs (room temperature)
Method:
Bring a pot of water to a boil.
Once the water is bubbling hard, gently drop the eggs into the water and cover with a lid.
If you want a nice almost runny center i.e. a soft boiled, cook the eggs for exactly 6 minutes; for medium boiled eggs with a nice gooey, buttery center cook for an extra 2 minutes i.e. 8 minutes; and 11 minutes for hard-boiled eggs.
Once cooked for appropriate time, scoop out the eggs and immediately transfer to an ice bath/ cold water for the yolks to stop cooking further.
Peel the eggs and enjoy!
