This is the easiest and quickest peanut butter cookie recipe out there and you are going to love them! No flour, no grains, these cookies come together with three simple ingredients.
These are keto-friendly, gluten-free and dairy free! To make them healthier instead of granulated sugar you can add stevia or even coconut sugar.

INGREDIENTS:
· 2 cups (400 grams) smooth peanut butter
· 1 cup (100 grams) granulates sweetener of your choice, I used coconut sugar
· 2 large eggs
METHOD:
1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
2. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
3. In a large bowl, combine all your ingredients and mix well using a silicon spatula.
4. As shown in the video, scoop and form 24 balls of cookie dough.
5. Place them on the lined pan.
6. Press down with two forks.
7. Bake cookies for 12 minutes, or until golden on the edges.
8. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before transferring them.
9. Drizzle with chocolate and enjoy!
STORAGE:
Store in a sealed container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks. Or refrigerate and store for up to 1 month.
