When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, and the first lockdown was implemented in India, Yukti Bajaj had to start working from home. That is when she realised just how bored her 79-year-old grandmother, Sheela Bajaj, must get. So, the duo decided to turn the elder Bajaj’s hobby of crocheting into a thriving business from home with the help of the younger Bajaj’s social media savvy. Two years down the line, the duo now have a team of six women who have also joined their entrepreneurial venture, and the orders are pouring in too.
