The one con that comes with travelling is that it messes with your skin. And for someone like me who has sensitive skin, it is a nightmare. Even slight deviance from the usual air quality, humidity, temperature, or sun exposure takes a massive toll on my skin. In our attempts to pack light, we often ignore skin care and carry travel-size products, forgetting that our skin has specific needs – these needs may vary based on the travel destination, and most importantly the mode of transport.

When our skin’s pH rises towards alkaline levels, it triggers a chain reaction that results in trans-epidermal water loss, dehydration, and eventually inflammation. Opting for a pH-balancing toner restores the skin to its ideal state.
5. Never Compromise On Sleep

Sleep lets your skin recover from your day of fun in the sun and pollution. Not getting enough sleep while travelling can make your skin more prone to issues
