1. Haldi Doodh (Turmeric Milk)
Why it works: Anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and soothing.
How to make: Warm a cup of milk (or plant-based milk) with ½ tsp turmeric, a pinch of black pepper, a bit of grated ginger, and a spoon of honey or jaggery. Sip before bed.
