Award-winning filmmaker Guneet Monga added another feather to her cap as she has been conferred with the second highest civilian French honour, the Knight of the Order of Arts and Letters (Chevalier dans I'Ordre des Arts et des Lettres).
This is particularly special as this honour has previously been extended to the likes of Meryl Streep, Leonardo DiCaprio, Bruce Willis, Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, among others. Reports suggest that the filmmaker will be felicitated today (April 13) in Delhi.

As per reports, Monga’s accomplishments that transcended boundaries, promoted the French Consulate to confer her with the prestigious award.
