Located in the Dhordo village of Kutch, Rann Utsav is a celebration that extends beyond its cultural performances. The festival offers a unique shopping experience with various traditional and authentic handicraft items, Bandini saris, traditional ornaments, and more, showcasing the rich cultural heritage of the region. The festival site is transformed into a temporary city with the construction of approximately 350 live luxury tents, meticulously organised by the Government of Gujarat and its supporters.
Jio Wonderland: December 21 - 31, 2023
Jio Wonderland, inaugurated on Christmas Day in 2019 as part of the Reliance Foundation ESA initiative, stands out as a unique and heartwarming family event. Held in Mumbai, this winter carnival transforms the city into a magical realm during the holiday season, promising an enchanting experience for families. The Jio Wonderland, true to its name, features over 100 attractions, rides, and entertainment zones. The event aligns with Jio's vision of enhancing the lives of every Indian, with the design centred around creating beautiful memories during the holiday season

Manali Winter Carnival: Jan 2 - 6, 2024
Against the backdrop of snow-covered landscapes, visitors have the chance to immerse themselves into this grand celebration and gain insights into Manali's traditions, folk culture, sports, and cuisine. Originating in 1977, the Manali Winter Carnival was initially centred around skiing, capitalising on the region's outstanding slopes.
The Winter Carnival, organised by the District Administration and the Manali Winter Carnival Committee, unfolds over four lively days in January, attracting crowds from various locations. The festivities encompass cultural programmes, winter sports competitions, food stalls, and handicraft bazaars scattered throughout the town.
Kite Flying Festival: Jan 8 - 14, 2024
Since 1989, Ahmedabad has been the proud host of the International Kite Festival, a key component of the official Uttarayan celebrations. This event attracts skilled kite makers and fliers from around the world, showcasing their extraordinary creations and captivating the audience with exceptionally unique kites.
Preparations for Uttarayan start as early as November, with the streets of Ahmedabad bustling with the production of kites and supplies. Patang Bazaar, the dedicated kite market in the old city, opens for 24 hours a day, during the week leading up to the festival, allowing kite enthusiasts to stock up for the joyous festivities.
Jaipur Literature Festival: Feb 1 - 5, 2024
Known as the ’Greatest Literary Show on Earth’, The 17th edition of the Jaipur Literature Festival is set to grace the city’s Hotel Clarks Amer. It is a melting pot of ideas, literature, and cultural exchange. Held annually in the Pink City of Jaipur, this festival attracts renowned authors, thinkers, and artistes from around the globe.
Over its 16-year journey, the festival has evolved into a global literary phenomenon, hosting nearly 2,000 speakers and drawing over a million book lovers from India and beyond.
