From a simple Pineapple pastry to her infamous green curry cake that took the internet by a storm, the flavour palate Depinder Chhibber showcases in her cooking is simple, old-school and yet unique in its own way and is often derived from her desi roots. The chef who earned her place in the global food scene as a participant on MasterChef Australia Season 13, was born in New Delhi and moved to Newcastle at the age of 11. She now lives in Sydney with her husband, whom she counts as her biggest source of support.
