The brand won a silver rating at the World Cheese Awards held in Spain for its Norwegian-style, whey cheese – Brunost. Making it the first Indian cheese ever to participate and to win this award.
For Mausam Jotwani Narang, founder, Eleftheria this was a dream come true. She launched the brand Eleftheria in 2014, and soon after set up a micro creamery in 2015. In this interview she shares her journey from being an HR consultant to the woman who re-ignited India’s love for cheese.
