Anniversaries are special. And on this 4th birthday of Her Circle and its thriving community, we celebrate women, their strength, and their resilience at any age.
Gracing our cover is our founder, Mrs Nita M Ambani, who shares a heartfelt message, urging women to prioritise themselves, their health and their well-being. Women give so much to the world, but they often forget themselves. To inspire women, Mrs Ambani shares her own fitness routine as a reminder that it’s never too late to begin.
True strength comes from within—it’s in the choices we make and the way we show up for ourselves. Mrs. Nita M. Ambani leads this belief by example, proving that fitness is a way of life. At 61, she’s unstoppable. Her journey is a testament that strength is built through discipline, self-care, and consistency. Strength is about showing up for yourself today and every single day.
Her fitness journey blends discipline and passion - yoga, strength training, aqua exercises, and dance. By pushing herself harder every day to achieve health goals, she proves that consistency is the key to strength. With leg days being her absolute favourite, she leads by example with every step she takes.
On International Women’s Day today, to celebrate this momentous milestone for Her Circle, she launches the StrongHER Movement - a reminder that women deserve time for themselves. She leads by example, proving that fitness is a way of life. She hopes to inspire women to start a simple fitness routine, 30 minutes every day and prioritise their health. It’s never too late to start.
Strength isn’t only about lifting weights, it’s about lifting oneself and showing up for oneself.
This is your moment to take charge. Join the StrongHER Movement
