You need :
• 3/4 cup of silken tofu
• 1 cup of almond or cashew milk
• 1 banana
• ¼ cup cooked oats
• 1 teaspoon honey
• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence for flavour
Method :
Step 1: Grind the tofu and almonds together and make a paste
Step 2 : Pour the cooked oats, honey and the tofu mix in a blender and blend them until smooth.
2) Berries Protein Shake

You need :
• 7-10 berries
• 1/2 cup whipped cottage cheese
• 1/4cup water
• 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
• 1 tablespoon of honey
Method:
Step 1 : Chill all the ingredients in the fridge
Step 2 : Blend all the ingredients together in a blender

• Half Avacado
• Water
Method:
Step 1 : Chop the Avocados into small pieces and blend them well with half cup of water.
Step 2: Add the Spinach along with the Avocado mix and pour in half more cup of water and blend it smooth.
Step : Drizzle a teaspoon of honey on top for some extra sweetness (Optional)
4) Greek Yogurt Smoothie

• 1 cup organic frozen mixed berries
• 1 frozen banana
• 1 orange, peeled and segmented
• 4 - 6oz Vanilla Greek Yogurt (I used a 5.3oz container of Vanilla Oikos)

You need:
• 4 oz beets
• 1 orange – peeled
• 1/2 inch ginger
• 1 lemon – juiced
• 2 tbsp goji berries
• 1 tbsp pea protein
• 1 cup water
Method :
Step 1 : Chop the beets into tiny portions and blend it well ginger and make a paste.
Step 2 : Blend the orange, lemon , goji berries and 1 cup of water along with the beet paste to make the smoothie.

• 1 cup of ready make granola
• 3 cups plain Greek yogurt
• 1 cups carton egg whites
• 4 pears, chopped
• 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
• 1 tsp cinnamon.
• 1 tsp ginger powder

Step 1: Blend the pears, cinnamon powder, ginger powder and vanilla extract to create the base flavour.
