Air-Fried Mozzarella Sticks:
A big shout out to cheese lovers, who will swoon while taking a bite into this snack with a crispy exterior and gooey, melted cheese filling.

Ingredients -
200g mozzarella cheese, cut into sticks
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg (beaten)
½ cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking spray
Preparation -
1. In a small bowl, season the breadcrumbs with salt, garlic powder, pepper and Italian seasoning.
2. Coat each mozzarella stick in flour, dip each one into the beaten egg, and finally roll them into the seasoned breadcrumbs. The egg and breadcrumb coatings can be repeated if you prefer an extra crispy texture.
3. Freeze the coated cheese for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator to prevent it from melting while being cooked.
4. Pre-heat the air fryer to180°C
5. Place the frozen mozzarella sticks in the air fryer basket. Spray a little oil on them.
6. Air fry the entire dish for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
7. It's now ready to be served hot with marinara sauce.
2. Air-Fried Masala Corn On The Cob:
Corn on the cob is a much-loved simple Indian snack. Using an air fryer enhances the corn’s natural sweetness and adds a natural charred and smoky flavour.

Ingredients -
2 corn cobs, cut into halves
1 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp chaat masala
Salt to taste
1 tbsp lemon juice
Preparation -
1. Brush each corn cob evenly with butter, ensuring they are properly coated.
2. Sprinkle chaat masala, salt and chilli powder gently on them, achieving the perfect balance of tanginess and spice.
3. Pre-heat the air fryer to 200°C .
4. Space out the seasoned corn cobs evenly in the air fryer basket, so that each one is able to cook properly.
5. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, ensuring the corn is well-roasted, soft and edible. Flip them once in between, to make sure there are no raw bits anywhere.
6. Once cooked, sprinkle a few drops of lemon juice over the dish and serve.
3. Air-Fried Bharwa Baingan (Stuffed Eggplant):
This mouth-watering and flavourful dish can now be low-fat too!

Ingredients -
8 small eggplants
½ cup roasted peanuts (crushed)
1 onion (finely chopped)
2 tbsp gram flour (besan)
1 tbsp grated coconut (optional)
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tbsp tamarind paste (optional)
Salt to taste
2 tbsp oil
Preparation -
1. Wash the eggplants well, and make a deep cross-shaped slit across each. Ensure you keep their stems intact, as they are required for stuffing.
2. In a mixing bowl, stir in all the ingredients except the eggplants and add 1 tbsp of oil to the mixture.
3. Stuff each eggplant with this mixture and press gently to pack it in properly.
4. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C . Brush each eggplant with a little oil so that it cooks well.
5. Place all the eggplants in a single layer in the air fryer basket and let them cook for 15-18 minutes. Around the halfway mark, turn the eggplants over for even cooking.
6. Bharwa Baingan is ready to be served with hot chapatis or steamed rice.
