The month of June this year brought with it the second edition of the Sustainability Cover for us, at Her Circle. With the focus on the obvious- sustainability, conscious living and the eco-friendly way of life, our cove girl Kalki shed light on the smaller changes that make a bigger impact. Styled in all-sustainable fashion, she sported brands that share the same beliefs in the way they function, produce and sustain.
As seen in the Sustainability Cover interview with Kalki, Urvashi Kaur’s earthy, layered and lightweight ensemble was a breezy breath of fresh air. The outfit, much like most of Kaur’s designs was gender-fluid and trans-seasonal, something that has formed the focal point of the brand’s design identity.

Apart from the designs being made to last through trends and changing seasons alike, the brand’s choice in fabric and materials is also consciously thought after. From handspun cotton to handwoven silks, the brand also features Indian craft techniques like blockprints, resist dyeing, kantha etc.
