AYCS 2024 (All You Can Street) kicked off with a bang at the Jio World Convention Centre, launching a three-day extravaganza of culture, fashion, and art. As a fashion enthusiast, I was beyond excited to dive into the vibrant atmosphere at the event.
Walking into the Jio World Convention Centre, I was immediately struck by the buzz of energy and the stunning visuals everywhere. The venue was impeccably curated, with each section seamlessly blending elements of fashion, art, and culture.
Showcasing Homegrown Talent
Bygones
One of the best parts of AYCS 2024 is its focus on homegrown talent, and the line-up was nothing short of amazing. With over 50 brands, the exhibition space was a treasure trove of innovative designs. I was particularly drawn to the collections from Almost Gods and Juhu Beach Studio, which offered fresh, avant-garde takes on contemporary fashion. Lab 88's edgy streetwear and Stamp Duty's unique urban style also caught my eye, proving that Indian fashion is bursting with originality and flair. SNA Studios, Blasian and Cutewear caught my attention with a top-notch range of quality accessories that will last long in my wardrobe. And then, there was Bygones, a brand that gives fresh life to vintage Kantha. Think cute bags, vests and stylish statement jackets!
The Beauty Zone and All You Can Flea
The Beauty Zone at the event is a paradise for skincare and beauty lovers. Cruelty-free and skin-friendly brands like Diam Beauty, Aminu Skincare, Happier and Nuede showcased their latest products, giving me the chance to indulge in luxurious self-care. I had a blast sampling products and discovering the latest beauty trends! While Neude's weightless night mask disappeared into my skin magically, Diam Beauty's range of brown girl-friendly shades and attention to detail caught my eye. I was particularly taken by Happier's weightless sunscreens ending my quest for ones that will work with the hot and humid Mumbai climate.

Equally delightful was the All You Can Flea section, featuring lifestyle brands with an array of ceramic art, accessories, crystals, and home decor. Each stall was a perfect blend of creativity and craftsmanship. I love a good curation of all things creative and beautiful, so this was truly a treat.
Embracing Sustainability
AYCS’s commitment to sustainability with the Sustainable Street section was undoubtedly an impressive highlight for me. Brands like Erode, Bardi, Tanntrin, Unforus, and Norm Core showcased eco-friendly fashion, emphasising the importance of sustainable practices. It was inspiring to see how these brands are leading the way in proving that fashion can be both stylish and kind to the planet.

Immersive Experiences
The immersive experiences at AYCS 2024 were nothing short of spectacular. The Screening Room offered a cosy escape where we could watch fashion films and documentaries, while the 270-degree LED screen added a high-tech flair to the event.
Music is a huge part of the AYCS vibe, and the first day featured electrifying performances that made it a truly fun evening. The performances added a pulsating rhythm to the event, making it a true celebration of art in all its forms.
Looking Forward
Leaving the venue at the end of the first day, I felt exhilarated by the creativity and innovation I had witnessed and it was a fun kick-off to my weekend. AYCS 2024 promises even more excitement in the coming days, and I can’t wait to see what’s next. This event is an absolute must-attend for anyone passionate about fashion, art, and culture.
AYCS 2024 runs until May 26th, so make sure you drop by for your dose of all things fashion, beauty, and fun!
