Our favourite part about face yoga is, by far, how you can do it literally anywhere, at any given point in the day, and you will see results. Also, the fact that it is completely free doesn’t hurt.
So, what is face yoga and what does it do? Well, unlike invasive beauty procedures like Botox, this workout technique involves using your hands to massage your face. This tightens your muscles and brightens your complexion by boosting blood circulation. Warning: This method is extremely relaxing! Apart from these perks, face yoga also rejuvenates skin, smoothens fine lines, aids lymphatic drainage, reduces facial puffiness and gives your face a natural lift.
There are three things to keep in mind while doing face yoga: First, begin with clean hands. Second, use a facial oil to prevent tugging at your skin. And third, apply light pressure and take five minutes to practice face yoga once every day.

The Frown Line Eraser
Perks: Smoothens out forehead lines by relaxing muscles
How to: Make a fist with both your hands and using your knuckles, apply light pressure in the centre of your forehead. Slowly move your fists to the sides and repeat 4-5 times.
The Eye Lift
Perks: Lifts drooping eyes
How to: During this movement, we use alternate hands for alternate sides of the face. Example, right hand for the left side of the face and left for the right side. Drop your hand over your head and place your ring finger on the tail of your brow. Lift it, hold the pose for 10 seconds and drop. Repeat 4-5 times.
The Tech Neck Fix
Perks: Smoothens out the horizontal lines on the neck that are caused due to looking down at your phone or laptop
How to: Tip your chin up the ceiling and use downward strokes across your neck to open up the area and moisturise it. Do this 4-5 times on all the sides of your neck.
