We know how hard it is to pull yourself out of bed at 6 am and squeeze in a workout. Pulling on your workout gear is probably the last thing you want to do but if your alarm rang and you’re up, that is one-fourth of the battle won! The next challenge is finding a workout you like to do and that is where I get stuck. YouTube, I’ve found has a whole lot of videos that include all types of workouts including pilates, pop pilates, yoga, dance cardio, Zumba, HIIT, LIIT, and more! Each workout is different and has a host who is guaranteed to keep things exciting and uplifting.

Bodyweight Bootcamp with Natacha Oceane
If you’re struggling to find space at home to work out, try Natacha Oceane’s HIIT bodyweight exercises. These are designed keeping smaller areas in mind so you will easily be able to do them anywhere! She is a brilliant instructor who doesn’t shy away from sharing her own struggles with weight loss and eating disorders and if anything, seems like a friend who will push you to have a better relationship with your body.

If you’re new to core exercises and looking for an easy challenge, try Lilly Sabri’s workouts. They’re mostly zero-equipment and go on for five to eight minutes for seven days straight, so you won't be too hard-pressed in finding that much time in your daily routine. There are tons of modifications for beginners and pros alike so try it out!
